Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Collect Co. website and any purchase, reservation, or claim you make through it. Collect Co. is a trade name of Collect Company, LLC. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your login private. Sign in to buy, reserve items, claim live-show deals, and track your invoice.

The weekly invoice

Merch and record-care accessories can be paid online or added to your weekly invoice. Adding an item to your invoice is a final, binding claim: the item is held for you and removed from the site. Your invoice week closes Sunday at 12:00 AM (midnight), Central time, and a new week begins Monday. We email your invoice the following Monday. One flat $8 covers shipping for the whole week's invoice; a few oversized items ship at calculated rates.

Live show & BIN claims

Our BIN ("buy it now") live drop is a rotating set of items with countdown timers — first to claim wins. When you claim an item on the site during the show, that claim is binding the same way an invoice claim is, and the item comes off the board for everyone else.

One-of-one items

Most of our pre-owned collectibles are one of one. We describe and photograph them in detail and sell them as-described; some items may also be listed on other marketplaces, and when an item sells it's removed from sale everywhere it was listed. If you're unsure about condition, ask before you buy.

The Bill Ward signing & send-in items

The signing is a limited pre-order event, and every signed piece includes JSA authentication. Pre-ordering guarantees your choice of ink color; once the pre-order window closes, remaining pieces are sold already-signed and the ink color is up to chance. Signed and personalized pieces are prepared individually for each buyer and are final sale. Pieces ship as soon as they're signed and authenticated after the event — there is no fixed turnaround, and we notify you as your order progresses. To change or cancel a pre-order, contact us as early as possible; we don't offer automatic cancellation.

If you send in your own item to be signed, you agree that:

• Your item must arrive at our store by the stated deadline (October 9, 2026). Items that arrive after the deadline cannot be accepted, and Collect Co. is not responsible for items delayed, lost, or damaged in transit to us — ship early and use tracking.
• The flat send-in fee covers the signing and JSA authentication only. Return shipping is invoiced separately after your item arrives, and your signed item ships back once that invoice is paid.
• Oversized or unusual items require our approval before payment; approved items may carry additional shipping and handling charges.
• You must mark your item with a sticky note showing where to sign, the ink color, and your order number. Items missing the note and order number, items shipped in a frame or with glass, or items that otherwise don't follow the instructions will not be signed and are returned once return shipping is paid.
• Signing requests are honored as closely as possible, but placement and appearance vary, since every autograph is hand-signed.

Pricing, availability & tax

Prices are in U.S. dollars. We do our best to keep prices and stock accurate, but items can sell out and errors happen; we may correct a price or cancel an order caused by an obvious mistake. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, including Tennessee sales tax where it applies.

Payments

Online card payments are processed securely by Stripe. New vinyl, pre-orders, BIN drops, and the signing are paid online by card; merch and accessories can be paid online or added to your invoice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, where Collect Co. operates.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version.
